About the Artist:
Phyllis Elizabeth Wright received her BFA in printmaking and drawing from Carnegie-Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, and her MFA in Printmaking from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She recently returned to her hometown of Princeton after teaching for more than a decade at The Maryland Institute, College of Art in Baltimore and the George Washington University in Washington, DC. Her work is in many public and private collections in the U.S., Europe, and South America. She teaches drawing, printmaking, mixed media, and foundation art on all levels from kindergarten through post -graduate studies.
